Depth is a dimension of the modern experience often unexplored at the expense of distance and speed. In a culture that evaluates life primarily according to linear measurement, the meaning of life has been consequently reduced to material substance, while our deeply valued intangible potential seems to be reserved for self-help sections and spiritual gurus.
Turning Stones is "a show about questions and questioning." We are inspired by conscious inquiry into the nature of existence and the infinite range of perspective inherently available for consideration. Through this lens, life is viewed as a mysterious exploration fueled by curiosity, driven by purpose, and evaluated by meaning.
WHY ARE WE HERE? WHERE DID WE COME FROM? WHERE ARE WE GOING?
As we navigate this human journey, awareness has a peculiar way of reminding us that we exist in relative time and space. Mortality is the emergency to which we are each responding; creativity is the compelling force transforming inertia into productivity; and love permeates all conditions, unifying our illusion of separateness within the field of creation. Consciousness is the stage on which relationships unfold and characters develop - relationship is a conduit for meaning.
WHO AM I?
I am in relationship with you. I know myself through my reflection in you. I am an evolutionary process of being and becoming in relationship. I am subject and object; self and other; surface and depth.
ORIGIN?
Each unfolding moment tells a Story of Creation. You and I are the Big Bang.
